Restorative (Fillings)
Dental fillings are used to fill cavities and repair cracked or broken teeth.
Fillings are predominantly tooth colored in our office, either composite or resin modified glass ionomer. We use evidence-based dentistry to inform our decisions when making filling material selections. When appropriate, we may use metal fillings in the back teeth in select situations to improve longevity. We will approve that with you if we think a metal filling is recommended.
Our commitment is to provide you with the best fillings possible.  We use the highest quality bonding agents (adhesives) and materials available.  This ensures that your filling will last as long as possible and have minimal post-operative sensitivity. This may take a little longer during appointments, but it is worth the time invested for a great result.
